Lesley founded the business in 1993 with one employee delivering community meals service.  Since then she has led the organisation into being the most broadly based provider of community care services in Northern Ireland employing over 900 staff and driving the organisations quality ethos. Today Lesley serves as our Executive Chair.

She has won National Care Catering UK Community Meals Award in 2012 and in 2015 was a finalist in the Laing Buisson UK Outstanding Contribution to Social Care Award. 

Lesley sits in a voluntary capacity on many expert panels and industry groups ranging from nutrition to education in health and social care and is the Northern Ireland Board member with the Homecare Association.
