Well done to all our staff and teams who were shortlisted for an award at the 2023 Staff Nursing and Care Awards last month.  

Shortlisted and attending the event on Thursday 6th April 2023 at Titanic Belfast were:

• Home Administrator of the Year – Angela Wilson & Roberta Wright (Burleigh Hill House) 
• Healthcare Assistant of the Year – Lewis Hodges (Optimum Care) 
• Investment in Training – Dawn Arthurs (Optimum Inspire) 
• Advancement in Nutritional Wellbeing – Beverly Lodge 
• Nursing Home of the Year – Abbey View 
• Residential Home of the Year – Hollybank Manor 
• Home Manager of the Year – Lesley McKillen (Rathmena House) 
• Care Home Group of the Year – MD Healthcare 

On the night our nursing home, Beverly Lodge won the award for Advancement in Nutritional Wellbeing.  Our team at Beverly Lodge, led by Home Manager, Joanne Roy, has worked very hard within Beverly Lodge which is a dementia nursing home located in Newtownards.

We are extremely proud of all other shortlisted finalists who are exceptional at the jobs they do.
