Optimum Care Expand Fleet

This service is specifically designed to assist the rapid discharge of clients from the hospital to their own homes as efficiently as possible and relieve pressure on the hospitals . 

Optimum Care has been recruiting the Advanced Care Workers who provide the service and to support them in this role. Advance Care Staff have been trained to risk assess the new client, be competent in delivery of services and make informed decisions about service users.   This is part of Optimum Care’s staff development, giving career opportunities to the dedicated staff who work in domiciliary care.  As travelling between service users dispersed across the Trust is an expensive and significant part of the job, Optimum Care has added an additional six cars to the fleet delivering this specialised service.

All the vehicles are logoed in Optimum Care’s easily recognisable livery and are a great asset to the organisation and the Rapid Response Service.
